The process begins with a free home assessment to determine your loved one’s physical, emotional, and social-support needs. Then we select the caregivers on our staff who will be the best match based on skills, interests, and personality. Only the most qualified and compassionate caregivers are hired for our team.
The result: We take the worry out of your loved one’s care. In addition to meeting your family’s home care needs, we handle all the taxes, insurance, paperwork, and employer issues.
We also coordinate closely with other medical providers.
- Do you have a case manager with the VA or Medicaid? We will work with them to ensure you receive all the benefits allowed.
- Has your relative been recently discharged from the hospital? We will work with the discharge planner to ensure follow-through at home according to hospital instructions.
- Is your loved one receiving home healthcare—for instance, a physical therapist who comes to the home to teach them strengthening exercises? We can coordinate with the therapist and promote regular practice of the prescribed exercises.
- Is your relative on hospice? The hospice team sends professionals to touch base once a week, but you need to have someone there to implement their recommendations day in, day out. We coordinate with the case manager to keep everyone up to date as the situation changes.
