Our Founders: Steve and Debbie Shaw

Steve has worked in the medical field in a variety of roles. He served as a medical lab Tech in the US Army. And in civilian life he has been a health insurance adjuster, a controller for an addiction treatment facility, and a hospital controller. He has had a passion for finding ways to improve patient quality of life.
We try not to hold it against him but Steve is a life-long USC Trojan fan.

Debbie is a 4th generation Douglas county resident. She served as caregiver to her first husband who was a Type1 diabetic and died in 2009. After 10 years in Seattle she returned in 1993 to raise her boys and establish her business. She is frequently seen dancing on country roads in her little Blue MINI cooper.

When Steve and Debbie met, they realized they had a common heart for service. They are very happy to be able to expand their horizons together and use their respective skills to improve the quality of life for people in Douglas County who are in need of home care support.
